Departure from Melendugno
After a short briefing and the delivery of the bicycles (muscle or e-bike), we set off towards the sea through secondary roads and centuries-old olive groves.
First stop: San Foca
A lively seaside village where you can breathe the salty air and enjoy the colors of the port and the fishing boats.
Cultural stop: Grotta della Poesia (Roca Vecchia)
One of the most iconic places in Salento. An ancient natural pool, between history and legend, nestled in the Roca cliff. Here, you can stop to admire the cave and, on the hottest days, also take a regenerating dip.
Tasty break: Torre dell'Orso
One of the most suggestive bays of Salento. The tour includes a short coffee break with a tasting of pasticciotto or rustico leccese, perfect for discovering the typical flavors of our street food.
The Two Sisters & St. Andrew
We continue along the cliffs, admiring the famous stacks of the Due Sorelle and arriving at Torre Sant'Andrea, where the protagonists are the wind, the sea and the Lovers' Arch, a natural work sculpted by time.
Return to Melendugno

After Sant'Andrea, continue north along dirt paths and panoramic roads to the Alimini lakes, a protected natural area surrounded by pine forests and reeds.
The return takes place passing through Bourgagne, an authentic inland village, before returning to our headquarters.
